Eine Filmaufführung der ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW (1975), begleitet von einer LIVE Shadow Cast.
Was ist eine Shadow Cast?
Ursprünglich hat Max diesen Ort das “Achterbahn Kino” genannt, wegen der langen Schienen, die über dem Publikum hängen. Doch dies ist keine alte Achterbahn. Das Stadtwerke Sommerkino hat ein einzigartiges Plexiglas-Dach. Egal ob die Sonne scheint oder es regnet, unsere Show findet statt. Aber wenn es regnen sollte, sorgen wir dafür, dass das Dach nur in der Regenszene des Films offen ist. Das Stadtwerke Sommerkino befindet sich im Landschaftspark Duisburg Nord. Dieses Kino ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, um darin aufzutreten und wir freuen uns sehr darauf.
Dieser Tourstop 2018 ist der am weitesten von Berlin entfernte. Das Kino für mehr als tausend Personen lässt die meisten der Publikumsrequisiten zu. Kein Mehl!!!
Ihr könnt gerne im Kostüm kommen und es muss nicht einmal eines aus dem Film sein. Jedes Kostüm, auch das vom letzten Halloween, ist gern gesehen. Kommt wie Ihr wollt. Don’t dream it, be it!

What’s a Shadow Cast?
Originally Max called this place the “roller coaster theater”, because of the long rails that hang high above the audience. But it is not an old roller coaster. Stadtwerke Sommerkino has a unique rolling Plexi-glass roof. Rain or shine our show will happen. But if it does rain we will make sure that it is only open during the rain scene in the film. Stadtwerke Summer Cinema is located in the Landschaftspark Duisburg Nord. This cinema is such an unique theater to perform in and we look forward to it.
This road show is the furthest from Berlin in 2018. This 1000+ seat cinema will allow the use of most Audience Props. No flour!!!
Costumes are encouraged but NOT required. The costume doesn’t have to be from the film. It can be any costume. It can be last year’s Halloween costume. Come how you like. Don’t dream it, be it!

Rocky Horror Picture Show is about Audience participation. And if you want to put a little extra work in, you can join us on stage. If you would like to become one of our official “Transylvanians” from the film and perform beside us, please contact “Max May Hem” on facebook. You must be able to make a proper costume and send pictures of you in it. Tell us about yourself and you will be considered for the role. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. AMATEURS WELCOME. Low preparation. Limited space available.
